The commercial exploitation of AlligatorSQL is organized in direct sales. Although the reseller concept of the Alligator Company Software GmbH offers resellers independent marketing of the AlligatorSQL, where we would like to concentrate the main focus on partnership and customer satisfaction.
The licensed reseller should not only be contact person to the customers, but rather consult the customers competently in all relevant areas. This way we can guarantee a complete service for our customers through our partner network.
Therefore all our resellers have to become certified before joining this partnership.
Resellermodelle
01 Individual Reseller
The "individual reseller" is a single reseller without regional claim. Alligator Company Software GmbH guarantees every individual reseller a discount of 10 percent from the recommended final price.
The certification requires a 2 day training. Instead of the training, certification may be given upon the presentation of proof of corresponding knowledge in the area of relational database systems and our products.

Local Reseller
The "local reseller" has regional claim ( city, state or firm). The Alligator Company Software GmbH guarantees all local resellers a discount of 20 percent from the recommended final price.
Similarly to the individual reseller also in this case the certification requires a 2 day training or proof of corresponding knowledge in relational database systems and AlligatorSQL.

Global Reseller
The "global reseller" has regional claim ( Country or states). The Alligator Company Software GmbH guarantees a discount of 40 percent from the recommended final price. Certification is the same as for local reseller.
Responsibilities
Global and local resellers have a regional claim. That means all contacts from a certain region are transferred to corresponding reseller.
An individual reseller orders from the local reseller, who himself orders from the global reseller. This way direct sales for a global reseller gain him 40 per cent of discount whereas indirect sales give a guaranteed discount of 10 per cent from the recommended final price.
Obligation to take delivery
In the beginning of the contract duration there is no obligation to take delivery. Although growing sales figures of the reseller will increase this obligation to a contracted percentage of these figures.
For the determination of the amount of obligatory deliveries, sales figures from the previous year are relevant. This amount of orders is delivered and charged at the beginning of the year and the contracted discounts are compensated directly.
Reporting obligation
All contact and order information must be reported to the Alligator Company Software GmbH. All reseller models include customer protection.
